Hoppy Easter!

I'm late getting started with my Easter cards this year, but here's the first. I used a Kitchen Sink Stamp set for the sentiment, bunny, and grass, stamping in assorted colors of browns and greens. I die-cut the image panel along with the Pool Party Mat using Lil Inker stitched rectangle dies, and then used a SU! (r) scalloped border punch for the vertical panel, adding a random piece of matching dsp from my overflowing snippet box. I kept this one simple without embellishments because it may be heading to Cards for Hospitalized Kids and they have strict rules concerning embellishments and/or glitter.

I'd like to enter this into the following challenges:

2 Crafty Critter Crazies challenge #11 - a/g but must include a critter image

Thanks for stopping by and here's wishing you a great Monday!

Adorable and very sweet card!! Love so much the cute bunny, love how you used inks to stamp him and the way you used your stripes of scraps! No need of any embellishments here, the interesting border compliments so well the whole design! Well done!

That is such a good bunny stamp! He may be simple without the extra doo dads, but he is sweet and is sure to make a child smile!

Looks early to me! (Need to take a leaf from your schedule!) I love the cute bunny and the border treatment along with the stitched mats. The tiny florals in the background are perfect for Easter flowers too. TFS

This is adorable! I've never played with these kinds of layering stamps before? Not sure i'd have enough shades of colored ink to do it right? I did pick up a few colored ink pads and a small layered set in the Hobby Lobby 75% off clearance stuff to play around with and see if I like it??
